My interview was rescheduled, then lasted over an hour with a lot of unfocused conversation rather than a clear evaluation.
Most concerning, I never received a follow-up after the interview and had to reach out myself to get an update
Overall, the experience suggested a lack of coordination, unclear role definition, and weak candidate communication. I would recommend that the company improve its hiring structure, clearly define roles before interviewing candidates, and ensure timely follow-up. This shows a lack of experience on their end and I do hope they improve.
