Long, so overtly necessary long.
They did this to “break into your personality” to see if you can remain sharp and consistent 3 hours later. Yes, a 3 hour job interview.
They look for buzzwords like “growth”, if you are willing to be open to new challenges to better yourself, and if you take accountability for problems. As soon as you place a blame on someone else in a previous situation, you’re pretty much written off.
Questions are pretty generic like:
-Describe a problem in a previous workplace and how you overcame it.
-What would your previous supervisor say about you?
-What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses?
Hiring process takes a long time. While I was there I saw many candidates decline job offers because they accepted other offers during time from application submission to interviews. They want to have 5+ candidates to interview during the selection time, which is why the wait.
You’ll be promised a lot when interviewing that won’t be delivered. They’ll say that they are all for more training & furthering your education, but when they time comes to do it, they’ll “have to let you go” for a conflicting schedule.
