The interview process was poorly communicated and inconsistent.
I completed two interview rounds. The second round was explicitly communicated as a coding round, but during the actual interview no coding was conducted at all. Instead, it turned into an extended theoretical Q&A session with a senior interviewer and HR present.
The discussion covered React basics like hooks, routing, state management, error boundaries, Redux, and performance optimization. The interview went reasonably well, and there were no indications of poor performance during the conversation.
