One hour phone screen with 4 interviewers. Two hour interview with panel of 3. Mostly technical questions and some personality questions. First they asked me to rate my technical ability across different topics. Then they asked a lot of questions on topics where I rated myself high. They didn't ask many questions where I rated myself as weak. They gave written requirements of a software system, and asked me to draw the database diagram on the whiteboard.
