Recruiter found me on linked in and inquired as to whether I knew anyone who might be qualified. After reviewing the job description, I decided I wanted to explore the opportunity myself. This recruiter screened me via phone and told me about the company, products, environment, etc. After our talk, she referred me to another recruiter specific for the positions. Her screening call was similiar to the first one. At the end of our conversation, she told me that she would set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Two weeks later I met with the hiring manager and another senior manager for a casual interview to determine if my experience, interests, and personality would be a good fit for First Quality. I thought the meeting went very well. Didn't hear anything more from them. When I followed up, the HR Manager told me that they would not be discussing the position internally for several more weeks as folks were traveling. I hope to hear from them soon, but at this point am not expecting to.

How have you been able to influence people, who would not be reporting to you, that you need to support you.
Two person interview panel. Basically two people interviewing you asking questions nothing to hard just be yourself. The questions are pretty basic just things they asked you at a warehouse job
