Phone call then on site interview. Middle level , not so tough but not so easy too. prepare jave and object oriented question well. Be active and answer all questions vividly
The interview was conducted by a few different directors. It was great insight of the company and what the jobs I applied for entail. Overall great culture and the associates seem to want to help as much as they can.

Great interview it helps and it's good and innovative and helpful too , it was not a silent one many were there it was kinda intense , but felt good at the interview process, I was impressed with this process .
