The interview process is brief. They review your previous history to see if there is anything that will correlate to what they do in their business. There is a second interview if they believe you are a good fit.

I applied online. I actually followed up with my application and was invited to an in person interview at the property. The Property Manager interviewed me and it was a more casual conversation about my background and overall career goals. I was then given a tour of the property. The interview lasted about 2 hours total. Received a verbal offer and then an offer letter about a week later.
