Reached the phone interview step. I had a HR on the phone, she asked fit questions and then quantiative questions. -first fit questions where classical but then she insisted really long on questions about the time I was willing to work per week and how many more hours if extrahours are paid double, triple etc. She wasn't interested in the process/ideas she just wanted numbers. -quantiative part: a lot of stupid 15/30 seconds questions such as how many kangaroos in the world, log(540) etc, but once more she was just interested in the result she didn't even listen to the process to find the answer.
