Contacted by recruiter for initial interview the following week. An email was sent prior with information on the position and how Flex looks. Initial interview was with another recruiter who asked basic teacher questions. Was offered another interview the following week with initial recruiter and instructional leaders. Questions were more in depth but typical classroom/lesson questions. Was offered a position but it is for a “pool”, which was not listed anywhere in the original position post or communication with recruiters. I was told that they will keep my position open for 1 year and could be called in a few weeks or few months. Not holding my breath.

Applied online. Received a phone call to set up the phone interview about three weeks later. About a month after the phone interview, I received the technology assessment link. About another month later, I received an email inviting me to the R Square interview, for another month from now. It is been a long process so far.
