Process includes meeting with the hiring manager, Account Executives, leadership, and a pitch. There are a few rounds required and pitch was tedious. Everyone seemed nice but a lot of work was required before getting hired.

before interviewing, i asked if they were actually hiring entry level new graduate canidates, in which they said yes. after 2 rounds of interviews, i was told i was turned away due to lack of experience. i wish they didnt waste my time, as they couldve determined that through my resume.
