A entrevista ocorreu de forma simples e bastante dinâmica. Participaram dela o gestor da área, responsável por apresentar a rotina técnica e os desafios do cargo, e um representante do setor de Recursos Humanos, que conduziu a parte institucional e esclareceu pontos relacionados à cultura da empresa.
Durante a conversa, foram expostas de maneira clara as principais funções que o estagiário/profissional deverá desempenhar, destacando atividades práticas do dia a dia, responsabilidades e expectativas de desempenho. O gestor buscou transmitir como essas funções se conectam com os objetivos da equipe e da empresa, enquanto o RH complementou com informações sobre políticas internas, oportunidades de crescimento e suporte oferecido aos colaboradores.
Além disso, foi realizada uma apresentação do local de trabalho, permitindo uma visão mais concreta do ambiente em que as atividades acontecerão. Essa parte foi importante para compreender a estrutura, os recursos disponíveis e a integração entre os diferentes setores
