very professional . Although took a a few months but I suppose this is a tedious process. They had several rounds starting from the first call to meeting the manager , then a psychometric evaluation . a questions based written round, police clearance as well as reference checks

very very odd. 1st call was from talent and a small over the phone get to know you.
formal interview took about an hour - one person was late. panel of 2. they ran through my resume and asked questions from there.
