I had the pleasure of participating in a first stage interview for a position at Glassnode, and I must say it was one of the the better interview experiences I've had at this stage of the process. My conversation with Ilaria gave me a great understanding of the role and its expectations. Ilaria crafted a series of questions that honed in on my prior experience and leadership capabilities. She took the time to discuss the core principles of Glassnode, which I found to be an encouraging and positive sign. Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with Ilaria and appreciate her professional approach, which has left me with a strong impression of Glassnode as an organisation, I’m always keeping one eye open at future roles at the company.
