Panel interview with quality assurance manager and program manager. I started off with online application with attached resume and cover letter. However, I learned shortly afterwards how to make significant improvements on my resume and cover letter and thereby resubmitted them with a request to consider the latter ones instead of the first ones. After the interview, I submitted and thank you card to each interviewer. I was called just a few days later after the background check was completed and offered a job for a lower position, which I gladly accepted.

Very professional and well conducted interview. The person that was interviewing me was very respectful, professional and asked me very thoughtful questions. I got a very good feeling about the person that interviewed me, and it seems like they really care about the work they do.
