They ask you basic questions about you, how you use your free time, and where you see yourself in the future. Nothing too pressing but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go out of your way to impress them or wow them. Be overzealous; they like that. And don't be afraid to ask them questions too.
It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.

simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse

Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
