I attended three rounds of interviews. The first was with the engineering team, the second with engineering management, and the third with senior leadership. There was also a coding challenge.

I interviewed for the Technology Associate Programme (TAP) back in 2021. I opted to join the CSG pillar of Govtech. I was able to make it past 3 rounds, which had mixtures of online tests, take home assignments and interviews. I quite liked the department that interviewed me in CSG, they were friendly, nice and liked the skills and experienced that I possessed. However, when I got to the last round of interview, the Chief Executive was disinterested and going through the motions. I felt that he did not have thrle technical knowledge to assess my skillset. Despite me doing very well in the other 3 rounds of interviews, I failed the whole interview process just because he didn't like me. Mind you, the interview process took about 4 to 5 months, so I was turning down several offers, because I really wanted to go to govtech. I hope thay they can streamline this interview process to not take so long, just because we need to talk to the CE. Otherwise, I had a good time talking to CSG and I wish them all the best.
