You must take tax theory course and a practical course over a 3 and a half month period.
The pass mark for both is 80%. If you can pass the courses then you are almost guaranteed to get hired. The courses are quite easy, however, you must study and practice using the software. If you pass, then you will get an interview which is quite easy. Just very basic questions.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
