First, you visit a local office. There are two interviews, one with the manager of the office of interest, and another with a second manager; after meeting with both managers there is paperwork to be filled out and the interview is over. The interview is formal; they ask about former education, work experience, ability to do basic receptionist duties and hours available for work.
