I was contacted by HR, given a tech assessment. Told i would be contacted by the hiring manager. And then I hav heard nothing for 3 weeks. Rather unprofessional is you ask me. I understand with COVID there may be some delays but this is too much. If they are pausing they should tell me if they are not considering me anymore they should tell me.
