There are 2 main stages: stage 1, I was invited to record answers to several questions. I was then invited to a 1:1 teams meeting. The questions asked during the 1:1 were more sales based, but we’re relatively easy to answer given if you’ve had any experience in retail. I was told during my interview that I’d successfully got through to the final stage, which I was told was a group interview based on Teams, which will be assessing leadership & team working skills over a 2.5 hour period. I’m currently a few days away from the date of my group interview !
Some tips: be friendly, happy and chatty ! Delve into your work experience, they’re interested in your previous retail experience. They weren’t too concerned that I didn’t seem to have any specific sales experience, but I let them know I want to use this job as a chance to gain sales skills.
Do your research! They were really impressed that I knew a few facts / info about the company - it shows you’re interested in the company and not just the role! Finally, just be yourself.
