I was interviewed for one hour by human resources. I was given different scenarios related to health care and asked how I would respond. The scenarios were typical events that the majority of nurses encounter at some time in their career. The interviewer was pleasant and encouraging. The only down side was she said she would be in contact "soon" but it was over a month before I heard from them.

It was really easy. I submitted my application and I was interviewed by agency right away, then scheduled for second interview. The second interview will be with hiring personnel....The first one was going over my resume, how many years of experience. To be scheduled for the next interview.
