I was called relatively quickly and interviewed within a week. I interviewed on three different occasions. First with HR, second with the Nurse Manager and another nurse and third with the Nurse Manager and the Charge Nurse. That part was a little nerve racking. I later discovered that the nurse with the Nurse Manager in the second interview was the person that I would be replacing. That made the first week a little awkward to say the least.
