First, the interviewer told me in detail about the company, processes, system, work tasks. Then about the vacancy itself, its features, tasks and questions that arose in my mind along the way. The 2nd stage was an interview in English where they asked a few questions about my past work experience. And the third stage was a task where I had to analyze a member's problem and write its solution in the chat using a link. And at the end of the interview, I could ask many questions that interested me, the interviewer was happy to provide me with all the answers to the questions that interested me.

It was a question about previous work experience, what kind of work, what the main responsibilities were and what needed to be done.
The recruitment process with Inna Petrashova was clear and consecutive, which consisted of the language test + one freehand task + the job interview with a Team Lead (Viktoriia Buchynska for me, who provided a great and smooth process). Be ready to spend 4-5 hours for this overall.

The interview process was very smooth and well-structured. I didn’t have any additional questions because all the important information was clearly and thoroughly explained by both the recruiter and the hiring manager. It was easy to understand the flow and follow each step of the process.
As part of the selection process, I completed an English test and a written task that included answering technical questions and responding to hypothetical customer scenarios. The communication was fast and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. I received an offer on the same day as my interview with the hiring manager.
The onboarding process has been absolutely great. The company provides all the necessary equipment and access to a large, well-organized knowledge base. Everyone I’ve been in contact with during onboarding has been kind and supportive. I truly feel that people here genuinely want to help and see me succeed.
