The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter I worked with provided excellent preparation tips for each round, including a clear idea of what questions to expect. However, success ultimately depended on how well you connected with the interviewers and navigated their specific lines of questioning. That said, the interviewers were friendly, approachable, and made the experience less intimidating.

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we spoke on December 9th. The recruiter was very informative and pleasant throughout our conversation. A few days later, I received a personalized three-hour coding assessment, which involved fetching data from an API, performing some processing, and posting it back to the API. Due to my schedule, I took the assessment a few weeks later. Unfortunately, I was unable to successfully complete the challenge, and I received a rejection email from the recruiter within 48 hours of taking of the test. I asked for feedback, but none was provided.

The task involved fetching data from an API, processing it, and sending the processed result back to the API. The challenge was complex due to overlapping data constraints. After two hours, I developed a solution, but it was incorrect. The server responded with feedback indicating that my solution was partially correct and on the right track. Unfortunately, I couldn’t determine why my solution was only partially correct within the final hour of the assessment. Once the assessment was complete, I was provided with a link to upload my work.
