I submitted a resume and cover letter and then had a phone interview with an associate. A few weeks later, I received a call from the director of the division to let me know I had been offered the position.

The selection process and interview itself was short, took about 3 weeks for the initial call after online application and 15 minutes of informal interview. The interviewer was courteous and allowed for questions, explained the job and was flexible is discussing the position further
