They contacted with me for an introduction meeting which ended positive on both sides. HR is very friendly and shows enthusiasm to your explanation. They sent technical tests to assess my technical skills which i ended up getting a result above 88% of all the test takers. However, they decided to continue with other candidates who were having better technical test results or having more experience at this moment which i find it unreasonable due to my outstanding test result. For the other possible reason, if they do require more experience why they made me take a technical test, they could have just looked at my CV and seen my experience. (Note that i didn't apply for the position, they contacted with me.) Overall, process and communication was good but the result was not expected and felt unprofessional.

Too many steps take a very long time almost 1 and a half months. The last step was a physiological interview. it would help if you got high scores from technical interviews but in fact, they don't need such knowledgeable engineers.
