Able to get more insight into the role and established report. Step Three - On-site interview to meet the Delivery Manager and get introduced to the Vice President. Overall, positive experience. It was a good reflection of how they do business as a recruitment agency.

The interview was brief! It felt like the person was in a hurry and did not take the time to really know you. Straight question and answer - she asks a question, you answer then next question. It was not really a conversation at all! Though it's just a phone interview, I can fell that the interviewer has straight face, she did not make any comment or reaction to your answers.
