Started with initial phone call from HR that had basic-general personality/skill questions. Next was phone call with Development VP that covered question specific to my work and programming experience but nothing too technical. This was followed by a face to face with Software VP that had a multi page logic test that tested pattern recognition and then a sit down where some basic programming questions were asked. After this was a sit down with Executive VP where there were questions about past experience and getting a gauge for how long it would take to pick up the current work flow. An offered was then send out very quickly after.
