A ineffective interview process. Might be the fact it is a new company with no HR department. Was first informed that there would be a total of 2 interviews. Had five interviews all together and no offer. Phone interview with a recruiting company, two others with team leads. Face to Face interview with the director (was late to the interview and could not really articulate the direction the company was trying to go with international contracts). Last interview was at a coffee shop where the interviewer was 30 mins late. By the time the meeting was over, I knew it was a dead end.
