First I was contacted by a recruiter to fill out an assessment and internet speed test and send her the results. Then I was pushed onto the first interview which was a zoom call with the recruiter in which we discussed the pay, benefits and my experience. Next, I was contacted to have a final interview in which the first half was a "test" but it was really just an exercise you do virtually to ensure you know how to do data entry and then the second half is a formal interview with a team lead. Two days later I was offered the position.

Before the first interview, I had to take a simple test on computer knowledge, a typing test, and a wifi speed test. Then for the first interview. I meet with a talent acquisition lead. We discussed the job timeline, salary,etc. Then she conducted a standard interview. I moved on to the second interview with an operations supervisor. I did a test of what basically what the job was, I did one round, was then coached, and did the round again. He then conducted an interview. At the end of this interview, I was told I would get an offer soon.
