3-> HR Round: just formality to negotiate salary-I asked salary on the basis of previous offer but they provided the same as previous. so that i had rejected offer. After one week they offered me another offer with revised salary(only 0.5 hike) and their salary structure includes graduity, super annuation, insurance etc. Their 8 lakh offer was equivalent to 7 lakh offer which i had. so be careful when you get salary structure.
