It was a technical product management interview with the VP Product & Tech. The focus was on challenges in product discovery, prioritization, team engagement (e.g. engineers not joining discovery), and leadership/coaching experience. The feedback was positive during the interview since he said there was a strong fit and that they would return with feedback in two weeks. It has now been over a month, and despite follow-ups with both the VP and HR, I haven’t received any response.
