Post 1-2 phone screens (one with HM), move to a case study-based on-site, where you present the case to a group of interviewers, who interview subsequently. The case problem is shared a couple of days in advance.
They missed three interviews and kept rescheduling the calls. It was very frustrating to waste time trying to sync for an interview. It was a terrible interview process because of this.

Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.

Took too long to schedule the interviews. The hiring manager was looking for a specific answer without being open-minded and considering the other aspects of the situation that was discussed.
