There were two phone interviews before final in person interview. In person interview was with the whole lab. It was a set of group panel style interviews. Overall good experience.

Tell us about your background and how it fits with the current opening.
It was a fairly standard 30 min phone interview, asking about strengths and weaknesses, and how you work in a team setting. I was asked about my experiences working at my previous jobs and what I did there.
