1. Apart from your work profile they will ask all stupid questions like when are you getting married, will your marriage affect our work, when do you plan to have kids, they will ask about your entire life in details and counter question them.
2. They will assure you that you have got selected and when they are suppose to share offer letter they will again interview you and again ask unnecessary questions as if they are interrogating you rather than interviewing you.
3. After all this trauma they make you go through, they will ask you to assume if you have got selected or not selected basis you get an email from them in few days. If you get an email you have got selected, if no email then you can keep waiting endlessly till you yourself call them and ask about your interview status (all this after they will assure you have got selected and they will give you an offer letter)
Would highly advise not to go there for interview even if called for any roles. (Reasons below)
1.Highly Unprofessional
2.They will waste your time and money by calling you to their office again and again for no reason.
3. They will not even reimburse you for all the expenses you have made for traveling, stay and be blatantly unapologetic about it as if you are begging for a job.
4. Highly unethical and unprofessional organization. Even tough its a startup but such behavior is absolutely unacceptable to someone senior, for that matter anyone from the industry.
5. They wont treat their interview candidate with dignity.
