Phone screening by person at the same position than I was called to face to face with 3 people (not at the same time) one of them was the hiring manager.

3 rounds of interviews (1 on 1) + HR round. After initially being contacted, the organization was re-doing their annual plans and the interview took a very long time to be scheduled. The panel was friendly and stressed on explaining how meritocratic the organization is. Cleared all the technical rounds but never heard back from the HR on the offered compensation and the only communication received was that the hiring manager was on urgent sick leave thus the delay.
