Invited me on site for 3 1:1 interviews in small, interview room. Met with 3 members of HR that talked more than they asked questions. Turns out they didn't even know the group that the new position would be supporting so I had to request to meet that team before accepting their offer.

After that, I had three additional virtual interviews with other key stakeholders, all completed in one afternoon. The interviews were primarily behavioral-based, focusing on my past experiences, but they also felt conversational, allowing us to get to know each other better. Overall, the process was well-organized and gave me a good sense of the team and the company.
