Extremely weird interview. Interviewer had no camera, used what sounded like a voice changer (male name but sounded like a woman) and was difficult to understand properly. The whole thing was completely scripted - just reading questions straight from a script when all the answers were already in my resume.
I tried reaching out to two people from the company on LinkedIn to verify if this was even real but got no response.
Proceeding a technical assesment that took me ~3 hours, with a help of AI tools, but I say that with no regrets.
Still, I was asked for the 2nd iterview.
Three people on the call for a regular specialist role. Again, not everyone had cameras on, which to me is just unprofessional. No real questions about me or my career. It felt like a police interview - pressured, awkward and entirely one-way. I did most of the talking. There was no actual conversation or valuable discussion.
With all the effort on my part, I was not even followed up with any kind of feedback afterwards.

I applied online and after 2 week they sent invitation for interview. Then I had interview. They told me they will send the answer for the next stage but no answer. Although I reminded via email. Now it has been 6 months and I see they have vacancy announcement for the same position in LinkedIn. They share every month same position in LinkedIn. As a result, they don't have elementary understandings about business ethics :)
