I didn't have the best first impression in my virtual meeting. They didn't introduce themselves at any point of the call or explain their role and background. The interview didn't have any structure, and it became very clear they weren't interested in me as a candidate. I feel there's so much room for improvement in this scenario. Hopefully you have a better experience than me.
