I was over qualified with years of experience in med sales prior to applying. I went through 4 phases of interviews while messaging a recruiter which took over a month and a half just to get an automated no. The pay is good but they really emphasize “fast pace” so to me that means you’ll be working 40+ hours/wk. The second interview was a group interview with 50+ people on the call and one person from Keyence. None of the interviews had any depth it was all surface level questions. The recorded interview in round 3 you have 1 minute to answer each question. No option to apply to a different position afterward either.
