There were four interviews in total, First was of the manager to whom I report now, technical aspects of my profile were considered and all the questions were from Engineering. Second round was that of the General Manager, He focused on general questions such as why a change in company? What improvements will you carry out here? etc. Third round was conducted by the HR General Manager and the Factory Head, questions from second round were repeated and similar kind of questions followed. The final round was by the Managing Director of Pune factory, he focused on my nature of work in previous organization.
