The interview process consisted of two rounds. In the first round, a friendly female panel conducted a technical interview for 30 minutes. They went through my resume, asked questions related to my skills, and had me solve coding questions while covering frontend, backend, and database areas. After 10 days, I was informed that I cleared the first round.
The second round was a mix of technical and managerial questions. Again, a friendly female panel conducted the interview for 30 minutes. They asked about my recent project, my skills, and had me solve coding questions. They also inquired about my willingness to relocate and my future goals. Despite impressing the panel, I did not receive any further communication after this round.

I had a 30-minute interview for a MERN Stack Developer position. The interviewer arrived 10 minutes late, which was okay, but he started asking questions unrelated to my domain. I tried to answer them, but then I realized he was referring to the wrong resume. When he mentioned something that wasn’t in my resume, I corrected him. After that, he asked only one question — and that too was about Angular, even though my experience is in React — and then ended the interview.
