Applied online for the Branch Manager position. I was contacted about two (2) hours later by a local recruiter. She asked if I could meet with a hiring manager the same day and I accepted. Met him at a coffee shop on time. He was very forward with giving info about the job and what to expect. Very professional the entire time. Two days later I met with the COO for a final interview. Office was very well laid out, professional setting. She was open for conversation, laid out the role again, asked me very direct questions. Got a call close to EOD with an offer.

Received phone call. They wanted to meet asap. Met the next day. Offered job in first 15 minutes. Questions asked were when can yoy start and what negatives have yoy heard or researched on Labor Smart.
