The interview was set up via email. I went through one round of in-person interviews. I spoke with three attorneys for a total of 90 minutes in the Denver office.

One on-campus interview with two attorneys in same room, and then one interview at the firm with six attorneys. The second and main interview consisted of being walked from one attorney's office to the next. It was about half partners and half associates. Overall they were just trying to see if it was a good personality fit and they did not ask any hard or knowledge based legal questions. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They called me with offer just two days following the interview because it was a good fit.
