Initial call with the recruiter which was polite and helpful. Afterwards, meeting online with staff engineers and discuss technical background. After that take home assessment which was a contribution to their open source project.

My first initial interview went well the recruiter he explained the role and the process to me and made feel quite at ease. I then booked into my first round of interviews with two senior engineers who then took me through the whole process we seemed to get on really well and they invited me to the private slack channel to conduct a series of assessments, which unfortunately i didn't make the grade. While I'm disappointed i didn't move onto the final stage i was happy with the communication from LocalStack and the efforts they made
