The interview process was fun and I loved talking to the Madison Reed team. The interviewers really seemed to like me and had a lot of positive feedback for me. They really made it seem like I was going to get the position and I ended up not getting it. Hopefully, they let me join in the long run.

I had a great interview process. There was two parts to the interview. The first part was 3 rounds, with the department managers, then some people from the VP level. Then what surprised me was the second interview was with the CEO, the overall employee count was fairly small not sure if that is the same process today, but it great to have a chance to meet them.
