Prepare to have 2-2.5 hrs out for the interview. It’s the technical aspects that they’re looking at. The interview starts with basic questions and discussions of availability. Once the interviewer shows you how to formulate the color and lighter you’re on your own to show your skills.

The interview was great! I was a bit tense prior to the start of the interview (because of my overthinking brain), but once it started, I was relaxed! I was given simple instruction and was left to do my own thing. I appreciated being able to work the way that I work best.
