Had an interview with an internal recruiter which was so misconducted I was appalled and messaged the engineering manager with my feedback. First, the recruiter was late. He was complaining about being in interviews back to back which I empathised with, but it felt like his state affected heavily the state of our interview. I found it insulting that the recruiter was mentioning technologies I don't have in my CV or talked about as if he was "quoting me" from the prior experiences I mentioned. It made me feel unheard. He also was flaunting their pay and questioning if I was being paid well at my current job, which I was. I responded that for me my interest is adding to my credentials by working on a dev-facing SDK not a salary hike of a couple of hundred Euros. I would say, if you get any bad feelings from a recruiter report it, so that it's fair for the next person.
