Applied on this site, some interviews were in the office, and others are at a noisy starbucks or a mall - this was deliberate to see how well focused, yet relaxed I was. I decided to submit those vector files to show them, that the artwork was my own, and it had good practices (bonus points). Just when I forgot, in 2 or 3 weeks, I got a follow up and a call. It was odd, because rather than asking what I could provide, they asked me what I was looking for! Later, they told me, with what I submitted it was clear what I could do. So, when I asked for remoter work, they agreed with a couple of conditions. Steps, 1 and 2 were basic screening questions. The last was more a discovery process on how well we fit, and what I could do to help them.
