I was kept well informed of my candidacy status. The process took longer than usual due to a restructure in my group, but the Marsh staff and HR team took great care to find a place where I would be the best fit. The interview process consisted of several phone interviews, an on-site visit, and a few more phone calls and in-person meetings following the office visit.

Stage 1 was the HR screening. Then, stage 2 was two interviews. One with hiring manager. Another one with peers. Typical competency based questions. Friendly interviewers, it's more like a get to know you and introduction about the role. But, there's no update after the interview. I needed to check in their system to see the rejected status after a month, not even a rejection email.

Spoke with hiring manager and 2 peers via telephone. Questions were thorough and fair related to experience and how I would handle various situations. They asked appropriate follow up questions that related to the situation and advanced the discussion. There were no "gotcha" type questions
